You are hereby granted a license by Vanessa Houk Photography to reproduce and display the images in digital and print form for personal use and use for Heritage Christian Academy.
Vanessa Houk Photography retains the copyright to all images and derivative works thereof. License does not include use that results in financial gain, including but not limited to: advertising, print sale profits stock photography, or resale of any nature.
The purchase of the original files releases Vanessa Houk Photography from any liability due to loss or damage of the images, and also releases Vanessa Houk Photography from any obligation to maintain copies of any digital file, image or photograph after 6 months. The client is responsible for creating back-ups of the digital content after this time period. The client hereby grants Vanessa Houk Photography the right to use and publish images taken to further promote its service, including portfolio, website, display, advertisement and editorial use.
